Ceramics Classes for Kids and Adults in Red Hook, Brooklyn

My classes are not about learning to be a good artist. Creative work is the transformation and processing of thoughts, feelings, impulses from inside our minds and bodies into a form outside of us. Everything on the spectrum from the beautiful to the taboo serves as powerful raw material for this process that ultimately connects us more deeply to ourselves and the people around us. Through this lens, creative work becomes a mental, emotional and physical health practice. My classes are about engaging in this vital process, abandoning rules, and giving students a sacred, playful space to express their aliveness.

1 Private Session / 2 hours: $100
Additional child: $30 per hour (up to three children)Package of 4 Lessons / (2 hours each): $320
